Shipping policy

Following receipt of payment for goods, confirmation of the delivery address and contact details you will be notified within 3 working days (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 17:00pm GMT) of the chosen courier. This notification will include an estimated date of delivery together with the couriers tracking number. 

NOTICE:

Estimated delivery dates are provided to us by the chosen courier, we can not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances which affect the couriers ability to deliver on time. Unforeseen circumstances could be, but not limited to, such things as Covid19 restrictions, bad weather, accidents or inadequate delivery address information)

Cancellations are not accepted once you have been notified of delivery confirmation, this is the point at which you are provided with tracking numbers confirming the shipment delivery has been booked.
